Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Final Sale Items

The following purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Any uniform items (Al Haadi School)

Return Eligibility

For your return to be accepted, items must be:

• In their original condition, unworn, and unused
• With all original tags attached
• In the original packaging
  

⚠️ Please inspect items before removing tags. Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed or tampered with.

Return Fees

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  

Proof of Purchase

Please include your email receipt or order confirmation with your return.

How to Start a Return

Please email info@valorecouture.com to start a return. Your email must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (before removing tags). We’ll review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Rejected Returns

If your return does not meet our policy requirements (e.g., worn, damaged, unsanitary, or without tags), you will have two options:

1. Have the item returned to you – shipping costs will be your responsibility.
2. Allow us to dispose of the item – at no extra charge.
   

We will notify you if your return is rejected so you can decide how to proceed.

Refunds

• Please allow 3–9 business days for processing.
• Once inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Your bank or card provider may require additional time to finalize the refund.
